Deliverable: A project brief outlining scope, timeline, and key milestones.

With a clear brief in hand, we move into visual design:

• Wireframes — Low-fidelity layouts to nail down structure and flow
• Brand alignment — Ensuring the design reflects your identity (or building one if needed)
• High-fidelity mockups — Polished designs in Figma for review and feedback
• Iteration — Refining based on your feedback until we get it right

Deliverable: Approved Figma designs ready for development.

This is where the design becomes a real, working product:

• Component-driven development — Building reusable, maintainable code with Astro and React
• Performance optimisation — Ensuring fast load times and strong Lighthouse scores
• Responsive implementation — Every breakpoint tested and polished
• CMS integration — Content management setup where applicable
• Testing — Cross-browser and device testing

Deliverable: A fully functional staging site for review.

Once everything is approved, we go live:

• Deployment to Netlify — Production-grade hosting with global CDN
• DNS and domain setup — Pointing your domain to the new site
• Analytics configuration — Google Analytics and/or custom dashboards
• Handover documentation — Everything you need to manage your site
• Post-launch support — A support window to catch any issues after launch
