The process

How we work, start to finish.

Every Aidxn build runs the same six-stage process — the one that's shipped 120+ projects without a blown deadline. Scroll through exactly what happens at each stage, what you'll see along the way, and what we need from you.

Why this process holds up.

01

One senior partner, start to finish

No account managers, no offshore handoffs, no ticket queue. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it and answers the phone after launch.

02

You approve before anything ships

10+ rounds of real, working design sign-off before a line of production code gets written — so launch day is never the first time you see it.

03

You own what we build

The repo, the docs and the keys transfer to you. Keep shipping yourself with AI assistance, or keep us on for ongoing marketing and optimisation — your call.

How we work — common questions

Five steps: a brand and preferences brief, a minimum of ten rounds of design approval over roughly two to three weeks, personalised one-on-one development, an expert-led launch with staff and leadership onboarding, then ongoing improvement once the codebase and documentation are handed to you.

At least ten, spread across about two to three weeks, with real working design at every round rather than static mockups — you sign off as you go, so production development never starts on a screen you have not already approved.

No. Aiden Wood designs and develops every build personally, one-on-one with the client. Nothing is passed to an offshore team, and there is no account manager relaying the brief.

No. Launch includes hands-on onboarding — staff trained on the booking and operations dashboard, leadership on the admin panel — and you leave with the full codebase and documentation so the improvements keep going after handover.

Not necessarily — the codebase and documentation are built so AI tools can help a non-developer make informed changes. The honest limit is that changes touching real business logic or edge cases still benefit from an actual developer's judgement, which AI assistance does not fully replace.
