A logo is one asset. A brand identity is the system around it — colour palette, typography, layout rules, imagery direction and how they all behave together across a website, a vehicle wrap, a business card and a social post. Buying a logo alone is why so many businesses look inconsistent everywhere except their sign.

Yes, as a document your team can follow — logo usage and clear space, colour values for print and screen, typography scale, and real examples of correct and incorrect use. It is the difference between a brand that holds together in two years and one that drifts.

Usually, yes. A rebrand does not have to mean starting over — often the right move is keeping the equity you have (a colour, a mark, a name people already recognise) and rebuilding everything around it. We work out what is worth keeping before we design anything.

That is the most common engagement, and the order matters: brand first, then site, so the website is built from a finished identity rather than inventing one as it goes. You can also take either on its own.

A full identity with guidelines typically runs a few weeks, with a workshop or discovery session at the start and two rounds of refinement. Local clients do those in person on the Gold Coast, which is faster than any amount of email.

Everything you need and everything you might need later — vector logo files in every format and lockup, colour values in print and screen spaces, the fonts or licences, and the guidelines document. No going back to the designer for a file you already paid for.
