We don't disappear and 'reveal' a site three weeks later. You see real, working design at a minimum of ten approval rounds and sign off as we go — so the thing we build is the thing you already said yes to.
You approve the look before we lock it in
Development doesn't start on a screen you haven't signed off. If the design isn't right yet, we keep iterating — the rounds are there to be used, not rushed past.
Built to a spec we agree up front
Your services, your workflows, your edge cases — written down before we start. If something we shipped doesn't match what we agreed, that's on me to fix, not a change request to invoice.
You own the code — so you're never trapped
The repo is transferred to you. If we ever weren't the right fit, you walk away with the actual codebase, not a hostage situation on someone else's platform. The exit ramp is built in from day one.

Our guarantee — straight answers
Two things: you approve real, working design at a minimum of ten rounds before any production code is written, and the finished build is checked against a written spec agreed with you up front. If what ships does not match that spec, fixing it is on us — it is not billed as a change request.
Work outside the spec you signed off on. If you want something added or changed that was not in the agreed brief once production has started, that is new scope handled as a separate change request, not something the original guarantee covers.
No fixed refund formula exists. Because you approve each design round before work proceeds, you are never paying ahead for work you have not seen — but if a project is genuinely not working early on, the resolution is a direct conversation and a fair line based on work already completed, not an automatic payout.
Anything that does not match the agreed spec gets fixed as part of the build at no extra charge. Beyond that, you own the repository, so you or any developer can keep shipping changes — Aidxn Design also stays reachable directly rather than through a ticket queue, though that is not the same as a fixed-term free-support contract.
No. It is buy-once: you pay for the build, the code is transferred to you, and there is no recurring platform fee that could switch your site off if you stopped paying.
