Our guarantee

No surprises. No lock-in.

Hiring someone to build your site is a leap of faith. Velocity X is built to remove the guesswork — you approve as we go, the scope is agreed up front, and you own what ships. Here's how that protects you.

1

Ten-plus design rounds before a line of production code

We don't disappear and 'reveal' a site three weeks later. You see real, working design at a minimum of ten approval rounds and sign off as we go — so the thing we build is the thing you already said yes to.

2

You approve the look before we lock it in

Development doesn't start on a screen you haven't signed off. If the design isn't right yet, we keep iterating — the rounds are there to be used, not rushed past.

3

Built to a spec we agree up front

Your services, your workflows, your edge cases — written down before we start. If something we shipped doesn't match what we agreed, that's on me to fix, not a change request to invoice.

4

You own the code — so you're never trapped

The repo is transferred to you. If we ever weren't the right fit, you walk away with the actual codebase, not a hostage situation on someone else's platform. The exit ramp is built in from day one.

Straight answers

Do you offer refunds? +

Work is staged and quoted up front, and you approve each design round before we move forward — so you're never paying ahead for work you haven't seen. If we're early in a project and it's clearly not working, talk to me directly and we'll find a fair line based on the work completed. I'd rather sort it one-to-one than hide behind fine print.

What if I don't like the design? +

That's exactly what the 10+ approval rounds are for. Not liking a draft isn't a problem — it's the process working. We iterate until you sign off. Production build only starts once you're happy with the direction.

What happens if something breaks after launch? +

Anything that doesn't match the spec we agreed gets fixed as part of the build — that's not an add-on. Beyond that, you own the repo, so you (or any developer you bring on) can keep shipping. I also stay on hand with expert-level care, not a ticket queue.

Is there a lock-in contract? +

No. It's buy-once: you pay for the build, the code is transferred to you, and there's no monthly licence quietly billing in the background. No platform that can switch your site off, no subscription to cancel.
