I rebuilt their entire visual identity from the ground up — a bold, modern logo that works across signage, vehicles, and digital; a colour palette that conveys strength and professionalism; and a Velocity website that puts their completed projects front and centre. The site features a filterable portfolio, detailed service pages for residential and commercial construction, and strategically placed contact forms that capture leads at every stage of the customer journey. Large format photography (optimised for fast loading but high visual impact) makes completed projects feel premium. A filterable interface lets visitors quickly find projects similar to what they're looking for — a homeowner renovating a kitchen, or a commercial developer planning an office fit-out. The rebrand modernised DRTS Construction's presentation across all touchpoints. The new logo is bold and memorable, working well at small sizes (favicon, app icon) and large sizes (vehicle wraps, signage). The colour palette moves away from generic construction blacks/greys to a distinctive combination that stands out while conveying strength and reliability. New typography is modern and professional. The brand guidelines document ensures consistent application across business cards, estimate templates, safety signage, invoices, email signatures, and website. This visual coherence subtly communicates professionalism and attention to detail — exactly what construction clients want to see. When DRTS Electrical shows up to a job site in newly branded vehicles with branded work uniforms and provides estimates in branded templates, the entire operation feels premium and professional. That consistency in presentation directly influences client perception and ability to command higher margins.

Unlike generic "we build things" messaging, each service page tells a story: how DRTS approaches residential projects differently than commercial work, what makes their renovation process smoother than competitors, why their maintenance contracts save clients money long-term. Pages include service-specific case studies, client testimonials from that service line, and clear call-to-action to request a quote. For competitive services, pages address common questions and objections: "How long does a home renovation take?" "What's included in your warranty?" "Do you provide project financing?" This educational content builds authority and moves prospects toward conversion by addressing doubts before they become deal-breakers.

The Velocity website includes strategically placed contact forms optimised for lead capture. A "Request a Quote" form appears on service pages and the portfolio, allowing visitors to describe their project and get connected with DRTS. Forms are short (name, email, phone, project description) to reduce friction while capturing enough information to qualify and route leads appropriately. Submitted leads are immediately delivered to the right team member (commercial projects to the commercial manager, renovations to the renovation team) via email and optional SMS alert. For the highest-value opportunities, the website captures enough information to start a conversation. Integration with Pipedrive CRM (DRTS's existing system) means every lead is automatically logged with contact details and project requirements, eliminating manual data entry. Follow-up workflows can be set up so leads receive relevant case studies, project timelines, or financing information based on project type. The result is a lead generation engine that scales — each website visitor represents a potential multi-hundred-thousand-dollar project.
