Elite Tutoring & Mentoring
An Astro-built site for a Gold Coast tutoring practice, with the free consultation booked straight from the page.
Elite Tutoring & Mentoring run one-on-one sessions for primary and secondary students across English, Mathematics, Science, History, Business and IELTS, including students with ADHD, dyslexia and autism. The site had to carry that range without reading as a directory.
The whole page is built around one action: book a free online consultation. The three-step sign-up — consultation, tutor matching, a time that fits around school — is laid out before any form appears, so a parent understands what they are committing to before they commit to it. Subject selection is part of the enquiry rather than a separate page.
Social proof does the heavy lifting further down: long-form parent and student testimonials, named and specific, next to the practice's own numbers — 20+ schools, 10+ tutors, 10+ subjects, 5+ years. A careers block doubles the site as a tutor-recruitment channel, which is the other side of a practice that grows by adding people.
How it came together.
The work moves from the right question to a system the team can actually use.
-
Strategy
It starts with a strategy session — I come to you, learn the business inside out, and shape a plan you actually want and that actually works. Goals first, never template-first.
-
Design
Then I design it — interface, brand and the feel of using it — mapped straight to that strategy. One person, one vision, no handoff gap between designer and developer.
-
Development
I build the real thing: fast, typed end-to-end, Supabase-backed, and yours outright — the website and the operations behind it, shipped on a tight loop.
-
Iteration
We iterate on the live product — real usage, real numbers — tightening the funnel and the workflows until it genuinely performs.
-
Ongoing management
From there I keep it running and growing — performance, updates, new campaigns and features as the business moves. One number to call, no agency runaround.
