Straight up about where we are
We are not a Logan business pretending otherwise
Aidxn Design works out of 9/2 Carnarvon Ct, Oxenford — northern Gold Coast, not Logan. Worth saying plainly, because plenty of agencies buy a virtual address in Springwood and call themselves local. Here is the honest version: Beenleigh is a shorter drive from the studio than Burleigh Heads is. Loganholme and Eagleby are roughly twenty minutes up the M1, Springwood and Underwood closer to half an hour, Browns Plains and Jimboomba a genuine forty. That is a normal working radius, and it means in-person discovery, in-person revisions and a phone number that reaches the person building the site — not an account manager three time zones away.

Logan is not one market — it is five or six, stitched together by motorways
Anyone selling you a single 'web design Logan' strategy has not driven the place. The old Pacific Highway spine through Springwood, Underwood and Slacks Creek is showrooms, car yards, trade suppliers and professional offices. Loganholme and Meadowbrook orbit the Hyperdome, Logan Hospital and Griffith University's Logan campus. Browns Plains runs off Grand Plaza with the Crestmead and Berrinba industrial estates behind it and the Logan Motorway feeding Ipswich. Beenleigh and Eagleby are a historic town centre — Australia's oldest registered distillery is still there — pressed against the Yatala Enterprise Area just over the southern boundary. Then Jimboomba, Park Ridge and Yarrabilba out along the Mount Lindesay Highway: semi-rural acreage and greenfield estates where a service radius matters more than a street address. Those are five different customers, so they get five different sites. Start with Beenleigh, Springwood, Browns Plains or Jimboomba.
Trades, transport, logistics, manufacturing
Sites built for businesses whose customers are holding a phone in a driveway
Logan's economy is weighted hard towards the things that need trucks and sheds: civil and construction trades, transport and freight, warehousing, fabrication and light manufacturing across Crestmead, Berrinba, Slacks Creek and Park Ridge. Those businesses do not need a boutique portfolio site with a slow scroll animation. They need a fast mobile page, the phone number pinned where a thumb lands, real photos of finished jobs instead of stock imagery, licence and insurance numbers visible without hunting, and a quote form that captures a job address and a photo upload at nine at night. Where the operation is big enough, that extends into custom job tracking, booking systems and internal staff tools — the sort of thing that quietly saves a dispatcher an hour a day.
One of the most culturally diverse LGAs in the country
A lot of good Logan businesses are still living on a Facebook page
Logan Central, Woodridge, Kingston and Marsden carry an extraordinary density of migrant-owned small business — grocers, restaurants, barbers, mechanics, allied health, trades — and a very large share of them run entirely off a social profile and word of mouth. That works until it does not: no search presence, no control, no way to be found by anyone outside the existing network. The fix is not a bigger site, it is a clearer one. Plain-English copy that reads cleanly for customers who speak English as a second language, prices and services stated outright rather than hidden behind an enquiry form, one obvious call to action, and a Google Business Profile with the trading name spelled the way people actually search for it. Add a proper logo and brand kit and a business that has traded for a decade finally looks like it.
New territory, and we will say so
Logan is a market we are moving into, not one we already own
No pretending here. This studio ranks well across the northern Gold Coast — Oxenford, Helensvale, Upper Coomera, Paradise Point — and in Logan it is starting from zero, the same as any new entrant. What travels is the method, not the rankings: proper location signals in the markup, one honest page per place rather than fifty spun duplicates, a Google Business Profile that is actually maintained, and content that would embarrass you if it were wrong. That is the local SEO work behind those Gold Coast positions, and you can read the same approach on the Oxenford page or across web design on the Gold Coast. Fifteen years, 120+ projects and more than $12M in managed ad spend behind it — none of it in Logan yet, which is precisely why the first Logan clients get an unreasonable amount of attention.
