Staff Operations Dashboard

Field service scheduling at scale — route optimisation, rostering and CRM sync in one multi-tenant platform.

A claims business sends crews to addresses all day. Routed by hand it costs the office a morning, and it still puts two people in the same suburb at the same time while a third drives past both of them.

FleetRoute is the platform built for that job. Jobs cluster by region and service window, routes are optimised over Google Maps, and every rep opens the day to a clear run. Underneath it is multi-tenant with subdomain isolation per business, Pipedrive CRM sync, Stripe subscriptions, magic-link authentication and encrypted storage for each tenant's API keys.

It was designed and built end to end — database schema, auth model, billing and interface — rather than assembled from a template, and it carries live businesses with real money moving through it.

How it came together.

The work moves from the right question to a system the team can actually use.

  1. Strategy

It starts with a strategy session — I come to you, learn the business inside out, and shape a plan you actually want and that actually works. Goals first, never template-first.

  2. Design

Then I design it — interface, brand and the feel of using it — mapped straight to that strategy. One person, one vision, no handoff gap between designer and developer.

  3. Development

I build the real thing: fast, typed end-to-end, Supabase-backed, and yours outright — the website and the operations behind it, shipped on a tight loop.

  4. Iteration

We iterate on the live product — real usage, real numbers — tightening the funnel and the workflows until it genuinely performs.

  5. Ongoing management

From there I keep it running and growing — performance, updates, new campaigns and features as the business moves. One number to call, no agency runaround.
