Velocity X
Questions, answered.
Everything buyers ask before they start — ownership, pricing, what's wired in, and how fast it ships. Straight answers, no sales gloss.
Is Velocity X really a one-off payment?
Yes. You pay once for your package and own the site outright — the private GitHub repo is transferred to your account with lifetime updates. There is no monthly licence and no per-seat fee for the website itself.
Which package is right for me?
Pick by team size and reach: Small suits solo operators and teams up to 3, Medium fits multi-location businesses up to 15 staff, and Large is built for nationwide teams of 20+. Not sure? Start the form and I will recommend one.
What is the difference between a package and the per-seat plans?
The packages are a buy-once website plus the admin dashboard, built for you and owned outright. The optional per-seat plans are monthly SaaS pricing for the dashboard on its own — most buyers never need them.
Do I pay extra for the CRM, calendar and Sheets integrations?
No — HubSpot/Pipedrive/Attio sync, Google and Microsoft calendar writeback and Google Sheets data are wired into your build. You only pay for your own third-party accounts if those tools charge you directly.
How long until my site is live?
Small ships in about 30 days, Medium and Large in about 60. You work one-on-one with Aiden on the Gold Coast throughout — no offshore team, no ticket queue.
What if it is not right?
Every package carries a 30-day full-refund guarantee — if the live site does not out-perform what you are running today, you get a full refund and the repo stays yours.
